Healthy Office Lunch – Baked potatoes

Is there anything easier and faster to cook than baked potatoes? Certainly, there is! But baking potatoes is definitely among the easiest recipes. It’s not a coincidence that they are part of almost each restaurants’ menu – easy to prepare and delicious at the same time, the baked potatoes are a great idea for your healthy self-made office lunch!

Ingredients:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 30 g butter
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • salt

Method:

  • Peel and cut the potatoes in slices
  • Boil them for 10 minutes
  • Take them out of the water
  • Put them in a large baking dish
  • Add salt and rosemary
  • Back for 20 minutes at 175 °C

Don’t forget the dessert when packing your lunch box – healthy and tasty amara, covered with a real bio bean-to-bar chocolate!
