White Mulberry & White Chocolate

Amara White mulberry is everybody’s sweetheart. It is our royalty - subtle, sweet, and somewhat capricious. We came up with this recipe while dreaming of a white, soft and mouth-melting dessert.

Our first aim was to discover this special dried fruit that will give its bright colour to the bar. We chose the white mulberries - they are really sweet, but with a slight sour note. A royalty can afford to be whimsical at times.

One more dried fruit was needed to get a good texture for the dessert. We tried various options, and finally we chose the golden cherry, that fitted like a golden crown for our princess. We had no hesitation for the rest of the ingredients – silky cacao butter and the queen of spices, vanilla, directly scraped from aromatic vanilla pods. And of course, our Queen is wrapped in true vegan white chocolate.

Ingredients

White mulberry is a great source of protein, calcium, iron, vitamin C, vitamin K, fiber, etc. It is high in resveratrol antioxidant, which slows down the aging process.

Valued for their slightly sweet taste, hazelnuts are extremely rich in vitamin E that makes them one of the highest natural sources of antioxidants, while they are a rich source of folic acid and fiber. For their high content of minerals like manganese, potassium, calcium, copper, zinc, iron, magnesium and selenium, hazelnuts could be one of the most important sources energy during the day.

Dried golden cherries are rich in fibers (in the form of pectin) and minerals (calcium, iron, potassium, and copper). Their anthocyanins concentration makes them a potent antioxidant.

Our cacao butter is getting extracted directly from cacao beans, being cold pressed to preserve their main valuable substances. This naturally hard vegetable fat is a great choice as a base for our products, as it is a very persistent and preserves its qualities, even when other fats might become stale. Besides its stability, cocoa butter has various other great qualities: being rich in antioxidants and fatty acids, it’s said to act regenerating on the human body, affecting our health and beauty in a positive way.

Long and thin vanilla pod contains thousands of tiny black seeds with a distinctive aroma and a sweet taste. Vanilla is a good source of manganese, potassium, magnesium, calcium, zinc, iron and vitamins of group B. It has antioxidant properties.
