Amara Rose hip & Chocolate
Organic, raw & vegan dessert
Rose hip & Chocolate
amara Rose hip has the quirkiest personality among all representatives of our brand, slightly grumpy and fastidious due to the sour taste of the rose hip.
Why rose hip? Everyone is talking about superfoods lately - chia, quinoa, maca. Exotic new ingredients, all of them with proven benefits. However, there are local products with similar properties, real Bulgarian superfoods. Rose hip for example, is 10 times richer in vitamin C than the goji berry fruit.
We tried to create numerous recipes with rose hip flour. It proved almost impossible to find the right one.
Finally we came with the golden recipe by combining rose hip with black cherry. We added hazelnuts, dates and our favourite cacao butter, all this covered with true vegan dark chocolate zotter®. This way the sour taste of the base blends with the bittersweet taste of the chocolate icing.
amara Rose hip is the perfect dessert for people who don’t like sweet things to be too sweet.
