Amara Coconut was the first dessert prepared by the Amara creator. No wonder they are so much alike, both of them being cheerful, full of vital energy and ready to act!

Our first idea was to create a healthy version of the classic coconut dessert. Without being unduly modest, we can say this is the best coconut dessert that we have ever tried. It contains only five simple ingredients - coconut flakes, dates, hazelnuts, cacao butter and dark vegan chocolate. All these ingredients are carefully balanced after many try-outs and tastings. We must confess that we spent a lot of time and energy trying to tame this temperamental and stubborn coconut lady.

As a result we have that amazing coconut bar melting in the mouth because of the cacao butter and having a slightly bitter chocolate finish.


There’s a reason that dates are being called ‘bread of the desert’: Those frugal fruits contain loads of vitamins from the groups A and B, essential amino acids, minerals and antioxidants and – after getting dried - oddly the amount of proteins is 10 times higher. Additionally dates are extremely rich in iron. After the consumption of dates, a rise of energy, as well as an increased concentration can be observed. Dates lower the level of harmful cholesterol in the human body and strengthen the immune system.

Valued for their slightly sweet taste, hazelnuts are extremely rich in vitamin E that makes them one of the highest natural sources of antioxidants, while they are a rich source of folic acid and fiber. For their high content of minerals like manganese, potassium, calcium, copper, zinc, iron, magnesium and selenium, hazelnuts could be one of the most important sources energy during the day.

Our cacao butter is getting extracted directly from cacao beans, being cold pressed to preserve their main valuable substances. This naturally hard vegetable fat is a great choice as a base for our products, as it is a very persistent and preserves its qualities, even when other fats might become stale. Besides its stability, cocoa butter has various other great qualities: being rich in antioxidants and fatty acids, it’s said to act regenerating on the human body, affecting our health and beauty in a positive way.
